2-Week/100-Hour Beginner Level Manual Weld Training Course

This 2-week manual welding course consists of training to industry standards using top of the line equipment. This course covers a wide variety of GTAW/SMAW/FCAW/GMAW processes which will be depending on customer needs/wants. To set up attendees for success, this course covers a wide variety of welding of materials, metals and positions ranging from structural welding in all positions to learn plasma cutting/oxyfuel cutting to carbon arc gouging.

Course covers safety in welding and cutting, shop safety, fire safety and how to safely handle electrical components, as well as how to properly handle tools and equipment.

Learning how to weld with SMAW in all positions using 7018 6010 or using GTAW to weld on structural steel, stainless and Aluminum.

Students will learn how to use GMAW in spray short arc globular, and pulse to weld structural steel, as well as Flux core to weld structural steel.

At the end of the 2-week course, all students will submit weld qualification/certification test, and will each receive a signed certificate of completion.
